crema fluida facilissima e veloce!!

ciao bellezze!!

Hi dears!!
because of my purpose to take more care of my body, I decided to attend the swimmingpool almost once a week and ... after chlorine, an highly aggressive substance, what could be better than a moisturizing cream? by the way, there's always a reason to make my own cosmetics  XD

Ecco la ricetta/ here you are the recipe:

FASE A/ PHASE A
infuso di calendula e camomilla/ marigold and camomile     a 100g
glicerina/glycerine                                                                     10
gel aloe vera/ aloe vera gel                                                        10
cosgard                                                                                         0.6

FASE B/ PHASE B
lecitina di soia/ soya lecithine                                                      8
olio di mandorle dolci/ sweet almond oil                                     5
olio iperico/ hypericum oil                                                          8
olio argan/ argan oil                                                                    5
bisabolo/provitamin B5                                                               1
estratto vite rossa/ red vine extract                                              1
estratto malva/ mallow extract                                                     1
tocoferolo/ tocopherol                                                                 1

process: Prepare the infusion of chamomile and calendula in distilled water (for the iron) and  weigh separately the ingredients of the aqueous phases and the oily one. Later add the infusion to the container with aloe vera and glycerin, and introduce the organic phase into the aqueous phase. Lecithin is a bit 'boring to use (ours is a love-hate relationship!), and being in granules you have to grind it in the coffee grinder to improve solubilization, before using it. :)

                                infuso + aloe/glicerina + lecitina/olio.

Of course, having bought some extracts on the web, I put them in the cream, but you can omit them, the essential ingredients are

                              aloe infused + / + xanthan lecithin / oil.

Being the lecithin emulsifier a cold, you don't have to heat the preparation, but only mix the ingredients andd then measure the pH of the cream :))
Let me know if you make it!
kisses, Ecchi

ANTI-STRESS food

ciao care/i!!!

Hello dears!!!
As you know, I'm  interested in herbal medicine and naturopathy in general, so I get used to read lots of scientific text and experiments, and I'd like to share with you some advices to prevent rather than cure! In particular, today we psycho-nourish ourselves! somebody could say, WHAT'S PSYCHO-NUTRITION? One of the most common mistakes is to think that the power supply doesn't affect the stress-heart relationship. The chemical contribution of food influences directly and indirectly every day our heart; it's not just a matter of cholesterol but a real influence of the "table" on the tensions and anxiety which then promote heart disease. In particular, there're 2 way to act: don't eat more food than the needed one and choose foods that contain good fats. In fact most of strict diets totally without fat are unhealthy for the body. You already know that fat is present in our blood in different forms: cholesterol ("good" HDL cholesterol and "bad" LDL cholesterol) and triglycerides. Recent studies have found that a peaceful family environment where you eat can double the beneficial effect of the food-saving heart :)

                                          asparagi/ asparagus

antioxidants
These substances prevent the oxidation of other substances, in which free radicals are produced (molecules highly reactive and unstable) harmful to the cells. Stopping these processes thus means avoid the degeneration of the tissues of our body! The best substances we know to be vitamins, especially A and E, contained in olive oil. Rich in vitamin A are  red and dark green plants such as asparagus and spinach. Not only vitamins but also flavonoids are good antiossiadanti, and are contained in tea, onions and apples.

jolly-food which protect the heart

-chick peas, as well as lowering blood sugar and stimulate diuresis, act on cholesterol and triglycerides. Should be consumed three times a week is fine chickpea flour .. I do the simple but delicious meatballs once that I will post the recipe!

-almonds ilBritish Medical Journal confirms this: if you consume all day long have a protective effect on the heart. You can take a bag in her purse as a snack when you are hungry .. 3 or 4 a day is enough!

-barley: the fibers and beta-glucans contained in barley are able to reduce the bad cholesterol, protecting blood vessels and brain.

Esso infatti aiuta a mantenere pulite vene e arterie.

some remedy from nature!
-witch hazel (Hamamelis virginiana): The Sioux Native Americans used it as a hemostatic plant against injury to its vasoconstrictive properties, disinfectants and anti-inflammatory. It is good for the arteries, veins and capillaries and is useful for those suffering from hypertension. You can take in infusion or tincture.

-olive tree: The myth tells that the olive tree was donated by men to Athena, goddess of intelligence, and in fact we now know that the oil extracted from its fruits is a powerful nutrient for the brain, but also its leaves contain active active highly beneficial for the nervous system and the circulatory system. In fact, it helps to keep clean veins and arteries.
